WELCOME! I’m Regina Spratt. I am a professional coach, blogger, and speaker.
I work with and for leaders in the center core of organizations who know their leadership can have an incredible impact.
After 25 years in corporate leadership roles, it was time to put my practical experience to use in service of other leaders.
I led sales and market segments at the US level and significant geographic P&Ls. My approach formed in the real world of building businesses. I focused on leading and managing people knowing it would translate to a positive environment and successful outcomes.
Every leader wants and needs their team, unit or organization to grow.
Sustainable growth is elusive. Leaders can feel constrained internally and bombarded externally by roadblocks and challenges. The pace of change and information blizzard can further distance success.
I’ve lived it, and I can help leaders sift through obstacles and opportunities.
Leading People Right is for leaders who want to get it right for their people. They know improving their leadership skills means winning results for their teams, their organization and themselves follow in sequence.
